PAYMENT METHODS
B&S Beauty
Supply, Inc. accepts money orders, personal checks, and major credit
cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please
make money orders and personal checks (with the shipping and handling
fee included) payable to B&S Beauty Supply, Inc. and mail it to:

Please be sure
to write your name and phone number on the money order or personal
check. If paying by personal check, the order will not be shipped
until the check has cleared the bank. All orders must be prepaid in
U.S. Dollars.
Please provide
the correct shipping information along with your order. A rerouted
package due to inaccurate information will be subject to a charge of
$6.00.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All items are
shipped via UPS Ground or by freight carrier within the continental
United States. Express delivery including Overnight, Next Day, 2nd Day
delivery, is available for an additional charge. Please contact us for
additional information regarding Express Delivery. Items in stock are
generally shipped out within 24 to 48 hours of when you placed the
order. However, this might vary depending on the volume of the order
and the time the order was placed. Back-ordered items will generally
take 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. Each item
shipped within the New York metropolitan area will be charged a $15.00
fee for shipping and handling. For other destinations, please contact
us for additional information. Please report
damaged shipments to UPS or the freight carrier first, and then notify
us of the damages.
REFUND POLICY
ALL EXCHANGES,
REFUNDS, AND/OR STORE CREDITS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE MANAGER'S
APPROVAL BEFORE BEING ISSUED. All refunds are
subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. Shipping and
Handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 21
days from the date of request.
There are
no exchanges or refunds for sale items. However, if the item is
defective, an exchange or store credit can be issued subject to the
manager approval.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
B&S Beauty
Supply, Inc. will allow for an exchange or refund of defective
merchandise subject to all of the following conditions:
(1) The item is
returned within 7 days from the date of receipt,
(2) The item
must be returned in its original packaging along with the receipt,
instructions, warranties, and accessories, and
(3) You have
received a return authorization from B&S Beauty Supply, Inc. We will
arrange to have the item picked up or you can ship the item back to
B&S.
UNOPENED ITEMS
B&S Beauty
Supply, Inc. will accept unopened items for a refund subject to all
the following conditions:
(1) The item is
returned within 14 days from the date of receipt,
(2) The item
has not been opened or tampered with,
(3) The seal is
still intact,
(4) The item is
returned in its original packaging, and
(5) You have
received a return authorization from B&S Beauty Supply, Inc.
You are
responsible for any and all fees associated with shipping the item
back to B&S.

All prices are
subject to change without notice. Prices listed are wholesale prices.
Actual items may differ from pictures shown in the catalog. A one-year
warranty is included with all items.
